Shipping

We process and ship out all of our ‘on hand’ orders within 48 hours of payment Monday - Friday.

Wigs have a processing time of 7-21 days.
Preorders have a processing time of 3-5 days.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. In the event that your package is lost, stolen or damaged you will need to get in contact with DHL to file a claim.

We are not responsible for custom fees for international shipments. All preorder items will have the customs international fee included in total price, customers do not need to pay extra when they are notified of package arriving in Bermuda only.

Zero Tolerance for card fraud

We have zero tolerance for credit card fraud. When you mak purchase you are agreeing to be the authorized user for the used during checkout. Offenders will be turned over to a collection agency.

Returns

You will be responsible for additional shipping costs if you put the wrong address.

Refunds

There are NO refunds for preorder items. Exchanges are only permitted 24 hours from the time you receive your order and if you received the wrong item.  
All exchanges must be shipped back in its original form and packaging. If items are tempered with there will be NO exchanges. Please check all items before using our products. 
Please feel free to email us at iyunihair@icloud.com with any concerns. Subject for email should be “Exchange order # …..”. Please include a screenshot of your order details & items that was or wasn’t received along with the issue you are having.
